ITPA (Independent Tax Partners & Advisors) is an independent tax consultancy niche-boutique firm located in the center of the Netherlands. We specialize in VAT advice, real estate tax and Customs. We are independent, which means no obligatory strings with (Big Four) accountancy firms or law firms.

Our exclusive business is to provide entrepreneurs with tax-solutions and tax-planning opportunities offering superior (VAT) returns and tax-savings.

Our specialists are all graduates from Dutch Law-schools (University degrees LLM) and members of the Dutch Association of Tax advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs, NOB)

Founder/owner Ewoud Pranger graduated in 1990 in Dutch Tax Law, University of Groningen.

Towards the end of his studies he started working with one of the Big Four companies in Arnhem and Utrecht. After two years he joined the VAT & Customs Group and has specialized in that field ever since. In 2004 he joined Deloitte as Partner Indirect Tax, responsible for the Deloitte VAT-practice in the central and eastern part of the Netherlands. In 2011 he founded ITPA.

Pranger and his team consult profit as well as not for profit companies that are active in and outside the EU/Europe, referred in as well referred out. In this respect we implement (international) VAT tax saving schemes to optimize the VAT and Customs position of the entrepreneur in the Netherlands. We deal with the tax authorities to solve VAT issues and execute due diligence at mergers and acquisitions. We look forward to helping you.
